Worst house keepers ever. My family and I stayed three days and never got our beds cleaned and they only gave us clean towels. The room didn’t get cleaned! The night receptionist was nice and had gave us new bedding and offer to fix it for us and apologize for the inconvenience. He was super helpful and kind! The breakfast was great, not our first choice of hotel but it was decent thanks to the night receptionist being so kind and willing to help make things better. The breakfast and service of the young man will help in our decision of a hotel.

Very comfortable budget hotel. Bed super soft and pillows very nice. Couch and sitting area very welcome after a long drive. Staff is nice and helpful. Outdoor sitting area. Right next to both a large HyVee grocery and organic market. Easy to get to downtown destinations. Would recommend and stay again.

Convenient location, affordable, pool and building remodeling which was disappointing, no one ever at the desk, but you can call. Breakfast was great, the laundry works, elevator it's a little sketchy, but again, renovations in process. For under $75? Internet, fridge, microwave in room and landline phone, Tv, separate area with sofa/coffee table/table/chairs. Comfortable beds.

The hotel is fine, it's clean, the rooms are spacious, and for your information, it has a microwave and a small refrigerator. It's very centrally located.

Stayed while our power was out thanks to the storms and overall our stay was good. Pool being available was the highlight of our stay! Lady at the desk in the morning was so sweet and sociable. We talked about nothing several times lol. The dude in the evenings though, man he needs to get out of customer service!! Barely acknowledged our presence, was talking to someone on the phone via his airpods so that was obvious more important. A lady came down with an issue and he was so rude and dismissive and she wasn't even being rude about it. He carries himself with entitlement and above everyone and made us feel like we weren't worth his time. Bring the morning lady to check ins because at the end of a stressful day, dealing with someone like him just shouldn't be a thing.

Customer service was excellent, was treated with respect, booking was real easy and had no problems with my room.

The property is nice, has new paint. The staff was friendly, and my room was comfortable. It was quiet and the kids liked it. Really liked the beds. The furniture was a bit worn but still nice. Really liked the pool, was big and clean. fun for the family. Would recommend, and i will be coming again.

Room was clean and comfortable. The little couch nook makes a big difference. It was cheaper to book online, but they price matched in person. Good location- walkable to natural grocer, Target, grocery store, etc. Would stay again.
